City Harvest Print Campaign

City Harvest is a non-profit organization in New York that helps hungry people who can not afford food. City Harvest's newest objective is to give those who are needy the ability to purchase produce at a low price and educate them in healthy eating. This will help to decrease obesity and diabetes which are common with those who have a lower income.

My idea for a print campaign was to take common sayings that involve food such as "When life gives you lemons.." or "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" and show the saying with the fruit missing. Basically the idea behind this is, complete the statement/image, complete someone's life. I made four ads that speak to the volunteer and two that speak to those who use City Harvest facilities.

This campaign was chosen by the head of the advertising department at Temple University to enter The One Show.

City Harvest Logo and Identity Design

For City Harvest (the non-profit organization in New York that helps those who are hungry) I came up with three logo ideas and made business cards for each.

Here is the original logo:

City Harvest Non Traditional Campaign

This was another idea I had for City Harvest (the non profit organization in New York that helps those who are hungry get the food, education, and nutrition they need). This would make those in need aware of organization, and those who are privileged enough to help see what City Harvest is working towards. Below is a description of the out door Non traditional campaign as well as an ad that will help people around the city understand what they are seeing.

My Campus Calendar

This project was focused on coming up with an mass media innovation for "Beyond 2010". My group came up with a website which combines google calendar, blackboard, and facebook to make a college students life easier to organize. Each of these sites have its ups and downs, our goal was to combine all the helpful attributes of each of these sites and make a very easy to use website. The brochure for the competition is shown below. Check out more to see it all!
